Our Founder
Terrance Chambers first started the company in 2018 but has been in the industry much longer. In 1994, Terrence began his electrical apprenticeship and immersed himself in the trade. As the years passed, Terrence’s electrical expertise grew at an exponential rate. He eventually earned the title of superintendent and oversaw a very diverse body of electrical projects, including small residential servicing, large residential multi-unit projects, commercial development projects, restaurants and retail redevelopment buildouts, and hospital power distribution projects.
In October of 2018—armed with over 250,000 hours of hands-on electrical field experience, a Master’s Electrical License, and the unwavering support of his family—he started TLC Electrical Solutions. Terrence was determined not to waste his business experience, so he decided to combine his blue-collar, hands-on electrical skills with his white-collar business knowledge to create a premier and unique electrical company that focuses on both the results and the client’s experience.
